What do you like to cook for yourself when your spouse or family isn't around?
I like Welsh Rarebit for myself. She doesn't like the smell of the beer, cheese, mustard combination.

Chicago style food in Fresno
I went there after posting this, and had an Italian beef sandwich. Pretty good, brought back memories from my trip to Chicago. Didn't try their pizza, though. Nice people. Fresno alumni owed and the Parents/Grandparents have a place in Chicago.

Has anyone been to Chicago Connection Pizza? Had a craving for Italian Beef Sanwiches after watching 101 Best Places to Chowdown.
