This might be a stupid follow-up question, but I don't know much about Parisian restaurant culture. I was wondering whether you might have a list of restaurants/cafes/bakeries that use a lot of (or some) local produce. I feel like the answer might be "all," but even if that's the case, that would be helpful!

Hi,
I am a student interested in planning a culinary tour of Paris. This is probably a stupid question, since most of the produce in French restaurants is locally sourced, but I was wondering whether there are any cafes/student-friendly budget places in addition to moderately priced eateries where the chef's or restaurant's mantra is that it's locally sourced, green, sustainable, etc.
I've heard of bio food and bio markets--and would like to include them in my tour as well. I am writing a proposal to try to get funding to write a campus-friendly sustainable food-in-Paris guide, so any details or information would be wonderful!
