Your laziest salad

Steamed soya beans, corn kernels, grape tomatoes, cilantro, pea sprouts and green onions mixed with a dressing of lemon juice, rice vinegar, honey and evo. So springy, sooooooo good.

Thanks- those are great ideas. The wines are from the Gaullic and Toulouse region of France. The 4 whites predominantly feature the mauzac grape, while the 4 reds primarily focus on cab franc/merlot blends (85%/15%) . Anyone have any hors d'oeuvres that feature duck?
