The prefect sunny side up egg, saving the best till last, the warm slightly salty yolk.

Have one bite of as many different foods as possible

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Meatballs and Roma tomatoes with feta cheese covered with a 4 cheese blend, baked golden brown. A recipe I created about 10 years ago.

either ButterMilk (Bulgarian), or ripe brie.
