Iron Rich Recipes

You need to build up your iron level with supplements before switching to iron rich diet to maintain your level. I am taking vitamin B12 & C on top of iron. I find some iron supplements are better absorbed than others.

Best All You Can Eat Japanese in Toronto GTA

I tried Sushi One for lunch & dinner on two separate days. Got very thirsty afterwards. Soy sauce loaded with MSG? Kenkou will be my default for South of Steeles.

Water chestnuts will give you the crunch. It makes the ground pork "lighter". Can add 2 T room temp water.

Are you using a bread machine?

Hi Antilope, Do you use one cycle of dough to make the Tangzhong bread? I find I need 2 cycles of dough when making Japanese/Chinese style buns.

Asian Legend Don Mills?

For the same price range, Sika deer is quite decent at Midland/Finch. 3 private rooms. Some of Yelp reviews were based on previous ownerships. Charles posted a review a couple of days.

I saw lots of people buy the Kirkland toilet paper and decided to try it. Not impressed at all. I am staying with Charmin ultra strong.

Cheep and cheerful Weekend Dim Sum

New Shanghai at 4675 Steeles Ave East. $2.6 for S,M,L if order before 1130AM. I had Shanghai Dim Sum there last Sunday. They have canto dim sum too.
Global Imperial at north east corner of Sheppard East/Glen Watford drive hidden in the back. $2.9 for S,M,L. The place is huge.
Landmark at McNicoll/Victoria Park Ave. $2.3 for S,M,L. Very busy on weekend. Go around 115pm.
These 3 are cheap and cheerful for me. All charge for tea.
