Away from home: a ceviche in Lima Peru (can't remember the name of the restaurant). At home, a meal at now-defunct Cube

make a good pie crust. Or even a moderately good one!
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
baked whole fish. Looks lovely on a serving dish, couldn't be easier to make, can be dressed up any which way.
