Hi everyone- its my favorite time of year because pumpkin is in season, yet I'm having trouble finding restaurants that use this ingredient on their menus. Any recommendations on where to find delicious pumpkin dishes in Pittsburgh? More so soups, apps, and entrees - but I'll take dessert recommendations too. Thanks!
Visiting My Brother - Updated Top Eats in Memphis
So my little brother moved to Memphis three months ago, and he hasn't really figured out the culinary scene (he's only 22). It seems like he knows the good BBQ and chicken places, so I am looking for suggestions for other types of cuisine. I'm looking for GREAT - cheap, middle of the road, pricey, or unusual - doesn't matter as long as its AMAZING. So what are you top places for the BEST meal in Memphis. I only have three days and 6-8 meals! Thanks everyone!

King Cakes In Pittsburgh?
I'm searching for a bakery with a delicious King Cake- possibly one that uses a butter cream icing. I know oakmont bakery makes one, but I am not crazy about their butter cream. Any suggestions?

Pamela's for breakfast/brunch is a must if you aren't from the area. Their specialty pancakes are splendid.
Pizza in Pittsburgh
Aiello's on Murray Ave. in Squirrel Hill. Absolutely nothing compares. Its the best pizza I've had in any city. I can't believe no one else has mentioned. Go with a classic cheese and the white with fresh tomato. Heaven in your mouth.
