I need a place to have a b-day dinner in the central but north end (northwards of Yonge & Bloor, maybe even NY, Thornhill or Richmond Hill). Cuisine can be anything except sushi & primarily fish. Would love to keep the price medium (say entrees at $15 - $25). Party room would be nice but not necessary as along a large group wouldn't interfere with the ambience of the restaurant in general.
