A gastronomic degustation lunch menu in a wonderful restaurant outside Reims around 20 years ago, which forever influenced how I would look at food. Each course was sublime. Unfortunately, I can not recall the name of the restaurant, but do remember finishing the lunch with vintage armagnac in their cellar
