XLB, big plate chicken, escarole and beans... Korean fried chicken. So much more.

Thattukada, Silk Road, Chengdu Heaven, that glorious place in Shanghai and Di Fara Pizzeria. Honorable mentions go to the Uighur place in the madrassa in Istanbul, the nameless banh mi shop in Paris and various other nearly nameless hole in the wall spots.
