Anyone know where I can find some good King Crab legs in Toronto? Not the 1 year old froozen crap that goes on sale in Metro or Loblaws once in a while. Thanks :) |

The title is a contradiction.. "Freshly made frozen dumplings" ?? HUH?? Its not fresh if they freeze it after... just saying |

Santouka - Are there still long line-ups? dont go on a friday during lunch hour and you'll be fine.. average wait is around 20-30mins |

Hero Certified Burgers....What the $^%#!!!!! I actually like this place. I went to the Queen and Spadina shop around 3am and there wasn't many people in it. I order the largest size burger with the usual toppings and it came out delicious. The biggest downfall was that afterwards I went online to see how much fat it contained and the patty alone contained 60 grams of fat... uh... never again... i wanna puke just thinking about it.. but the burger was quite tasty :) |

Why is Santouka's pork so fatty... ugh... I love the soup and noodles but the pork... umm.. dang it... |

Pizzeria Libretto - Awesome pizza!!! What i really can't figure out is that they say it takes 90seconds to cook the pizza? Then why would it take 30minutes for them to make it.. |
|

Pizzeria Libretto - Awesome pizza!!! The coma.. definitely the coma.. Why oh why did I not try this place before.... |
|

Best Chinese Bakery on Spadina for Fruit and Cream Cake? I second Kim Moon, they've been open forever and I've never had a problem there with the cakes. Ive been ordering their fruit and cream cakes for my moms birthday for the past 8 years. |

Why do foodies like the McD's Filet o' Fish? Its soooo good, especially when its fresh.. it tastes very light and fluffy... not fishy at all.. smooth.. fluffy.. light.. ahhh... loved it as a kid and love it now... Who does not like McDonalds!! ? |

Pizzeria Libretto - Awesome pizza!!! Just tried this pizza joint on Ossington and Dundas with a friend from work http://ossington.pizzerialibretto.com... and ordered the home made sausage pizza. OMG was it good.. probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Fresh and flavorful and worth every single penny!!. I bought the beet caprese salad as a starter but i didn't really like it.. very ordinary.. but the pizza blew me away. The gellato was pretty good too for desert. salad 5/10 overall I'd return just for the pizza!! repeat? HELL YES!! |

Emperor Chinese Cuisine - Very enjoyable family dinner ( with photos ) Uh.. why was the door locked? and was it unlocked after you guys went in? |

Chung King Garden - Thanks for the rec :-) This is my fav place for peking duck and I have to agree the soup is hit and miss. Sometimes its great and other times its quite bland. I guess its when you go in. I find when its busy it doesn't taste as good. Maybe cause they rush it? However there isnt a better peking duck place in town overall. |

Was just thinking, anyone like Tastee patties? For some odd reason I like them too.. Its more of a microwave, lots of msg kinda patty but i like them... anyone else think so? |
|

I suggest the green onion lobsters at Wah Sing, located on Baldwin street in downtown.. Make sure you go to the basement one!! NOT the upstairs.. Its the best chinese lobster in town!! ----- |
|
|
Randys rocks.. its always packed and the pattys are always fresh.. I love this place. I buy at least 4-6 each week!! |
|

Mandarin Garden Restaurant - delicious northern Chinese with an unfortunately familiar name Thanks!! I live right in the area, definately gonna check it out now. Was the lamb skewers very fatty? I love the ones at beef lamb house on sheppard but I throw out half of it due to the fat content. |

Good Indian Takeout in downtown Toronto? I went to Trimurti 3 days ago to do take out for butter chicken on some rice. I also ordered 1 nann bread on the side. I got 2 take out containers, one with the rice and one with butter chicken.. the portion size was very very average. The nann bread was soso at best. It came out to $18.5!!!... my god!! never again. The dinner was worth $8 at best. It was very average. I don't think I will go back again. Oh and they didn't include any cutterly either. |

Where to go for Chinese food for dinner/Peking Duck in the Toronto area? It in the back.. or northern end of market village.. I've had their spicy sweet beef? (not exactly sure whats it called on the menu.. but its fried)... sooooo tasty too. they rest of their dishes is on par with everyone else. Nothing not rave about.. I usually just go for the duck. |

Caplansky's - You have got to be kidding me! I went there once and the sandwich I got was extremely fatty!!! I would say 33% of the meat of gelatinous fat! It was soo disgusting and it was over priced. When I spent 5 minutes removing all the fat, I have to admit it was quite tasty.. definately not worth the price. So far the only place that comes close to Schwartz's (sp?) sandwiches in Montreal is Center street Deli up around Center St. and bathurst area. in R.hill (markham?) |

Where to go for Chinese food for dinner/Peking Duck in the Toronto area? ChongKing at Market Village in the rear of Pacific mall.. Just went there today with my dad.. Excellent duck.. I tried out many of the other duck places and I think ChongKing is the best by far.. Also it is the few (only 1) that I can recall that serves duck in 3 dishes which includes soup. And for 37.99 for the 3 courses it's quite reasonable. |
