Recipes using Asian noodles?

For Christmas, per my request, I asked for several various types of Asian noodles. Where I live, the variety is not as good as a major city with Asian supermarkets. (This is the reason I asked for a nice variety of different types of noodles...) Now I'm trying to find out some good recipes to use them in, or a website that has recipes using different types of noodles. I realize that I could just make up a stir fry and mix them in, but I'd like to see what all I can do with them. This is the list of noodles that I received (names taken directly from packages):

Fuzhou Dried Noodle Slice
Ruonan (brand) Noodles - some kind of wheat noodle, but not soba
Rice Stick
Bean Vermicelli
Vegetarian Noodles
White Rice Cake Noodles

Thanks for your help!

Food mill vs. food processor

I was wondering what the differences are between a food mill and a food processor. I am looking to make my own baby food, and I see a lot of people use a food mill. I don't have one, yet I have a food processor. Is it really necessary to get a food mill or will a food processor work?

Sweet potatoes vs. yams

I tried searching the site to see if there was an article talking about the two. Guess I didn't search hard enough. Thanks for the info everyone! :)

Sweet potatoes vs. yams

What is the real difference between a sweet potato and a yam? Can they be used interchangeably in recipes?

Thai food in Columbus, OH

I'm looking for some good Thai restaurants in Columbus, OH. My husband and I would like some authentic Thai food, but still need to have some Americanized dishes for my mother who freaks out at the idea of Thai food and afraid of trying something new and different. :) We prefer something that isn't too pricey if possible. This day and age, cheap no longer means a plate for less than $10 it seems. But for good Thai, I'm willing to spend a little more.

Suggestion on reviews

I wish on the restaurant review pages that there was a section/link for the restaurant's website.
