Steak, pantains and black beans in Caracas -- you haven't had beef until you've been to Venezuela

Veggie lasagna -- you can pretend that the veggies cancel out the cheese

Espresso brownies -- chocolate, sugar, coffee -- mmmmm

Hoi Tin in Garland, Tx; Anamias in Las Colinas; 505 in Albuquerue; Costa de Espana in Port Jefferson, NY -- uh and my house!

My most tattered cookbooks:

Maida Haetter's cookie books; CIA cookbook, and sadly-- my old betty crocker -- it's a good starting point when you're trying to get the baking chemistry right!
