Although any Mexican you are liable to find in NJ is not going to compare favorably to Mexican in California, Arizona, Texas, etc., i believe that Casa Maya is the best Mexican in NJ. I am very surprised by the positive reviews of Don Jose in East Hanover, which I found to be well below avearge. Casa Maya is consistently good and about as "authentic" as you'll find in this part of the state.

I am looking for recommendations for good Indian restaurants in the greater Parsippany area. I have been to Cloves in Mount Olive (not bad) and to Mehndi in Morristown (good but overpriced). I was considering Chand Palace if anyone has opinions on that.
