Best Kimchi?

my best friend's fam actually owns the H-Mart chain, and i really like the tobagi brand - as bonus, im now pregnant with horrible heartburn and found that eating kimchi once or twice a day is the only thing that controls it (my tums only work for an hr or so)
Also, in the refrigerated side-dish section, you can usually find radish kimchi and sometimes ginseng kimchi, those are a nice special treat if u can find them

Cooked poke (besides tako?)

Hi, I'm headed to Hawaii (Oahu, Hilo, Maui) later this month. I go regularly, and usually spend all the time between visits fantasizing about poke (which i then eat 2 meals a day while there).

Well, this time I'll be pregnant (yay, but new). So I have to avoid ahi for mercury reasons. And while my DR says no raw fish, i'm pretty confident I can enjoy at least a little here and there.

But for the bulk of my diet, so i don't grown uncontrollably on loco moco and kalua pork, what pokes besides tako are cooked (ideally from smaller/lower mercury level sea critters?) I'm open to the strait-up poke joints, plus the ever convenient Foodland refrigerated cases.

Thanks for any advice on items or specific locales to procure them. And especially any advice from Hawaiian moms on how they handled the unbridled temptation of rivers of poke?
