Looking for a good crab leg buffet
I was under the impression that all Alaskan Crab Claws are only available cooked and frozen.I also believe all Florida Stone Crab Claws are processed the same way.. Am I right or wrong ??

Having received no replies I went there Friday night with 3 other people/. we were amazed by the size of the place and the tremendous variety of food beautifully displayed. This is the best Asian buffet I have ever been to in Florida. Outstanding freshly made sushi at the sushi bar Pan Fried Tilapia, excellent BBQ Spare Ribs, Spicy Fried Shrimp and one of my favorites which I hardly ever see,Cold Pickled Daikon and Carrot Salad (Sweet and Sour). The place is bright and spotless. The servers cheerfully helpful. The price was amazingly reasonable and I do not want to quote it because feel that it will be raised because it is less than most mediocre buffets

Is this the place that is in the Silver Pond shpping center? If it is, I heartily agree. The barbeque place a few doors south is also exceptional.. I also posted about the Asian Buffet and Grill in Deerfield Beach and got zero replies. So I went there last night . It was formerly The Super Buffet. It was great. Bright and beautiful. TREMENDOUS selection. Sushi and Seafood. Whole Pan Fried Tilpia Etc. The best Asian Buffet I have ever been to. And hear this . Friday night Dinner $ 8.99 Hard to believe, but true

Long Beach Restaurant Week
This was supposed to run from Oct 8 to Oct 24 There were 24 restaurants listed. Only 11 eventually posted their special $19.95 menu .The others stated "menu will be posted next week" Never happened... Instead " Please call restaurant or go to website" appeared on their name on the list. ..I gave up !! I have no problem with the 11 who played by the rules but I feel badly about getting a run around by the others.

Agree that the food is the best real Chinese food in the area ..As for the service I think that is caused by a lack of communication due to language.
BTW there is a BBQ place about 150 feet south in the same shopping center.
that has Chinese BBQ that rivals the best in NYC Chinatown. Take out only , but There are two very small tables that I think can be used if it is not to busy

Rock Shrimp in south Florida
The one at Jog and Linton. They actually recieved a large sealed plastic bag from your Publix at Aberdeen. (about 10 pounds) , I don't think they will carry it regularly because they have the smallest fish department I have seen in a store of its size. As a matter of fact when you go to the fish counter you have o wait for someone to come out from the back to serve you

Success at last . I called Publix Customer Service and they called me back and said they had Rock Shrimp in the warehouse and they would send it to a store of my choice and the seafood manager of that store would call me when it arrived. Good to know that they offer such a great service

HotMelly. I am sorry. You are 100% correct. The guy I spoke to the other day did not know what he was talking about. I just got off the phone with the store and was told they have Rock Shrimp as you said shelled and cleaned at $8.99 per lb. Thanks Again Albee

Rock Shrimp in south Florida
I have had rock shrimp at Dixie Crossroads in Titusville.. I believe that is where they first became popular because they devised a system for splitting the shell by machine . They broil them and they are fantastic. How do they prepare them at the Whales Rib.?

Cafe Adam is wonderful. Sleek decor , great service , excellent food and presentaion. Young very talented chef owner. Ate there Sunday night. Reservations a must.
