La Feluca in Venice, Italy. Prociutto, fresh shellfish over homemade tagliatelle and crema de bergamotta with cappuchino for dessert. And my first ever Amarone for the wine, it was WONDERFUL!

Jameson's with a Guinness or an extremely dry vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed olives

put together a menu that allows me to be done when guests arrive and the food is hot when it reaches the table.

Either an antipasto platter or any sort of cookies...I'm also asked to bring rum cake!

grilled cheese sandwiches (grilled in TONS of salted butter!)
