Halal or Kosher Meat Market in Puget Sound Area
We are hosting a Muslim exchange student this year. Obviously, our traditional Ham is out of the running for our Christmas Dinner. We're considering Prime Rib
I've visted several Halal Markets since September, and have yet to find a market that sells its meat in the way I'm used to. I would like so much to find a market where I can see the cuts fo meat and select the cuts and pieces I want, as I do currently at the non-Halal Butcher and/or Market.
Do any of you have hints for either Halal or Kosher Prime Rib, specifically and Beef generally? We would very much like some variety to our diet - preferably at a price reasonably comparable to grocery store prices.
