Best Bagel in Murray Hill Area

Does anyone know where to get a good bagel between 42nd and 34th street on the East Side? I've tried Daniel's and it's a little too hard. I love H & H, but it's way too far uptown. Does anyone know where they sell their bagels to that might be a bit closer? Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

K-town for kids

I love the Galbi at KangSuh 1250 Broadway at 32nd St., and BBQ at Woo Chon 10 W. 36th St. near Fifth Ave (which is a little farther from Penn Station) is good as well.

Best Chirashi?

I've been a big fan of Sushi Seki for the past year, they have a $25 chirashi entree with a wonderful assortment of fresh fish with a bed of rice sprinkled with ikura (salmon roe). The problem is Sushi Seki has been so busy as of late, it's very difficult to get a table there now. I need a back up, or would love to try other places. Maybe casual is better, but around $25 is ideal.

The problem is Sushi Seki has been so busy as of late, it's very difficult to get a table there now. I need a back up, and would love to try other places. Fort Worth - 30th birthday dinner, help!

Hey all!

I am from NYC, and planning my husband's 30th birthday weekend in Fort Worth this August. I am having a hard time figuring out where to have the dinner as it's difficult to gauge from sparse online reviews. We will be celebrating a Friday night dinner with 14-17 of our family/friends (all ages), and I cannot find a place! And since it's my new hubby's 30th, and I'm hosting for family members on his side, I really don't want to risk having a bad experience. I've asked some cousins for suggestions, and was directed to Pizzeria Uno (um, please help!).

So far I have found Taverna (Italian) and Reata (Western). Does anyone know anything about either of these places? I am thinking Italian might be a good choice since there are some vegetarians in the group. But I am open to anything worth checking out in Fort Worth. These seem a little pricey for Texas, no?

Can anyone recommend a delicious Italian spot that isn't overpriced? Or any restaurant that has a fun vibe, and amazing, not-overpriced food? Maybe not Tex-Mex since there is a BBQ planned for Saturday, and Sunday am, I am planning Blue Mesa Grill for Sunday brunch.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
