Black Cocoa..has anyone used it
cut the black onyx cocoa with regular dutch process cocoa, about a 30/70 or 50/50. I was told to always cut it. Hope this helps.

try searching for black onyx cocoa, it's an ultra dutch process cocoa. I several sources online, hope this helps. Some spice stores will have it too. Make sure you cut it with regular dutch process cocoa or it can taste too bitter.
