Best meal I ever ate:

a lobster tail, scallops and prawns combo my brother cooked for my birthday dinner a few years ago when I was unable to go out to eat...I was so glad I had to stay home that night...he is an executive chef thankfully.

My current drink of choice:

Horchata, homemade...don't drink alcohol.

I really wish I could:

Take another cruise to enjoy the foods all of the time. so much so often so good.

A Mitchell's hot fudge sundae on french vanilla ice cream with bananas, nuts and whipped cream.

Pacific Cafe, 'P. J.'s Oyster House, Tiffani's for comfort brunch, Glen Park's taqueria who's name I can't remember, for comfort burritos

Unknown ones from the caribben islands, mostly I don't use cookboks, cook by sense of smell and sight.
