Pizza for Very Discerning Visitors
I am guessing that you are from the Bay Area and may be familiar with Zachary's (Berkeley/Oakland) or Little Star (SF). If you are a fan of that type of pizza, you should make a trip over to the Fremont District and try Kylie's near the Lenin Statue. Fremont is cool after the food, as well.
Rehearsal lunch/dinner at a pizza place- Help! Where?
Natalie,
I would check out Kylie's Chicago Pizza in Fremont (On 36th @ Fremont). They only have 30+ seats, but don't open until 5pm on Saturdays. If you were willing to go in just before that, I am sure they would open early just for your party. Give the owner/manager, Lance, a call (206) 632-2266.
Chicago Style Pizza - Seattle or surrounding for today??
Steve,
Thanks for trying us out and for the review. In the short term, lunch is going to be difficult, until we develop a stronger dinner crowd. However, if you have a daytime event, like an office party or the like, and need a bunch of pies, give the store a call (632-2266/63-BACON, unintentional phone number, but still funny) a few days in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
Thanks again.
Chicago Style Pizza - Seattle or surrounding for today??
Kylie's Pizza opens tonight in Fremont. Slightly prejudiced as an owner, but I think you'll be impressed.
Been to Gino's East and the original Pizzeria Uno, I had better. I thought Giordano's was one of the better that I tried in Chicago. Chicago is tough, as most neighborhood's have their preference.
