How many for your reception? Have you been on The Knot?
It's been quite a few years since I got married and worked at a catering co, but some of the reasonable ones with pretty descent food were:
Paul's
Gourmet Alternative (but they merged with Alex Brooks and not sure what they're called now)
Depending on your venue (if they have specific caterers or not) Udi's does a fantastic job! At work we use them for all of our events (including Graduation)
If you don't have too many Maggiano's was great for my rehearsal dinner and they used to have a sweet deal for weddings (drinks included)
Good Luck & Congrats!!

I second New Saigon! It's the only place I go for Vietnamese food.
Turkey help-brine or no?
Hi All,
I'm hosting this year and don't have much experience. I'm grilling turkey breasts. The recipe I have doesn't mention brining. I live in dry Denver and was wondering if brining is necessary? I'd rather not if I don't need to. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks!
