Dining for 1 in Montreal?

I'll be in Montreal this weekend and dining by myself. I'd appreciate recommendations for a quality place where I'd be comfortable on Saturday night. Any good bistros where I wouldn't feel conspicuous taking up a table?

Also, any suggestions for Sunday breakfast/brunch in Old Montreal?
