New Years Eve at Hotel Bars
Has anyone heard anything about New Years Eve at any of the nicer hotel bars in DC?

Upscale private dining for a group of about 15 - 20
Any suggestions for upscale private dining for a group of 15 - 20? Something in the range of 75 - 125 dollars per person (not including drinks) and in a room that needs little in the way of decor. I would prefer a restaurant in DC proper, but would be happy with somewhere right outside of DC in either VA or MD.
