We were underwhelmed by Bern's in Tampa, in fact, the steak was not good at all, the servers are pretenious and the decor is cheesy at best.
However, I will credit them for their freash seafood which is brought in daily and their wine cellar ofwhich we actually were given a tour.

Not good! Seriously soured shrimp on the buffet!!!! Refused to replace it, the waitress said they were trying to conserve food. This was our first and LAST visit. Manager attitude was beligerent and hostile - not a customer friendly atmosphere. Thnk twice before you pay their exhoribtant prices for low quality buffet food that may be old and not healthy.
