Thanks all for your suggestions. If I make the patties would it be best to make them tomorrow morning or should they be fine overnight in the fridge?

*Quick* fresh tuna steak / in-laws / no sushi / Help!!!!

I have 5 lbs of high grade tuna steaks and need to prepare something to take to my in-laws for Thanksgiving. They will not eat any type of raw fish so sushi/sashimi is out! ugh!

All I can think of is patties but most recipes call for canned tuna. Anyone know a good recipe for fresh tuna patties and/or ANY OTHER IDEAS for my tuna steak???
