Calvin's in Bronxville to become Lemon Tree
Don't bother to even try the Lemon Tree. I ordered food from there today because I wanted to see how the THIRD asian fusion restaurant in tiny Bronxville compared to the others! The one decent item was chicken and shrimp with thai basil. Everything else was mediocre to just bad. Avoid the crispy peppercorn chicken. The thin fried strips of chicken were extremely dry and chewy, and there was no sauce on it! Cold sesame noodles had a gummy texture. The sauce wasn't bad, but the noodles ruined it! The california roll was also bad. If you can't even make a decent CA roll, then why bother making sushi at all?! Stick with Haiku and Wild Ginger. I can't believe they even let this place open! How about some variety Westchester!! Move away from Italian and Asian Food!! PLEASE!
