Best meal I ever ate:

Too many to pick. I think the best I've ever MADE was a loverly butterfly leg of lamb on the grill.

My current drink of choice:

Beer = Bell's Hopslam (If they don't have it, which is normal, I'll pick between an IPA, a Pale Ale, an ESB...ooh maybe a Stout here and there! Don't forget the reds! TOO MANY TO CHOOSE!!). Mixed Drink = Kettle One Dirty Martini

I really wish I could:

Become faster with my knives, and become more proficient in sharpening them.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Leg of Lamb, or Lettuce Wraps, or a Curry. I tend to mix it up a bit though, as dinner parties hosted by myself, or friends usually have different "Themes" to them, so I cook appropriately. This weekend it's Gumbo :)

My favorite comfort food:

Although I like a good curry once in a while, my number one hands down fav comfort food is Phở.
