Help! Brisket needs to travel!
On Sunday we smoked a brisket and now we need it to travel 11 hours in the car and last until Thursday. It has been refrigerated until now. Should we freeze it and keep on ice while traveling? Then what about when we get there, refrigerate or freeze? Leaving tomorrow.
