Best Blue Cheese?
Stichelton. As a tip (I'm sure I"m not the first) if you are in London check out Neal's Yard Cheeses in Covent Garden near Neal Street and/or (and) the location in the Borough Market (side street)... samples and lots of raw milk and goat cheeses.... almost worth the flight.... of course you'll be in the Borough Market anyway!
Also, domestically available: Roquefort ... or a real Italian made soft gorganzola
