Turkey Day on I-87
We're traveling from the Mid-Atlantic to Montreal on I-87 on Thanksgiving Day. I still want to feed my turkey, gravy and mashed potato cravings (and then let someone else do the driving). Any recommendations for a quick but good meal? I'll be satisfied with a open face sandwich!
