The food was horrible. Why is it that Latino restaurants feel they have to make the food bland to appeal to the anglo demographic of the suburbs? This is not CUBAN food. The cuband sandwich was made of more deli ham than anything. They put this thinly sliced vendor purchased turkey that you find in frozen dinner and in the line of your high school cafeteria... it was horrible. We are not in NYC. I do not care what your overhead or rent is-- you do not charge $9 for an effin empanada... it is insulting. My husband's ribe eye had absolutely no flavor and when we say medium we mean medium. Latino restaurants have a nasty reputation for overcooking beef....the best part of the night was the fried chicken...the papas rellenas were bland as well.. .please respect the cuisine and use GARLIC and SALT...the suburbanites will not run away. they will want to stay if there is taste and flavor to their overpriced food.....
