Salt Pork in Brooklyn (or NYC for that matter)
So everywhere I try to buy salt pork, I see fatback with coarse salt sprinkled on it.
Does anyone know where the real thing can be bought retail? It's cured and there aren't salt crystals and it's got streaks of lean in it. It's easy enough to make but I am of course lazy.
