Over 90% of Seafood served in the U.S. is either farm raised or comes from over sea's. Some of the things they serve are farm raised, as many of the seafood items in the gulf now get sent up to the northern state first, and get a greater price. Yes, there tilapia is farm raised and there cat fish is farm raised when they are not in season. Many of their local favorite's which have never been farm raised or shipped from Asia are; Grouper (the real stuff), Oysters, Usually shrimp unless demand is up in the gulf, Mullet a local favorite, blue crab claws, and home made crab cakes made with 75% blue crab meat. This new concept is great and they are serving a great product at a great price. Not many restaurants are thriving, they seem to be doing a great job and are always busy when I am there.
