Wanted: Recommendations for Great VT/NH Restaurants

If you're going to be in Killington, you have to try Simon Pearce! My family has a summer home in the area and we always make the trek for dinner at least once during the season. It is not only a restaurant but a glass blowing studio and weaving center. The restaurant overlooks a river, as it is in an old mill. The scenery alone is gorgeous enough for the price, but the food is consistent, delicious, and well-thought.

Southern New Hampshire Caterer and Special Cake??

My sister's big 40th birthday is coming up and we're looking to throw her an excellent food party. She loves good food and especially desserts, and knows her stuff! I'm flying in from out of state and need some recommendations for unbelievable caterers (there should be 15-20 people). It doesn't really matter what kind of food, so long as it's spectacular. I also need a suggestion for a cake. She loves the Dutch Epicure but eats there often, so that wouldn't be special. She also loves Eden and Black Forest Cafe, but again, just won't cut it for a special event...any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
