Suggestions for a "cozy" restaurant for party of 14
Estancia 460 is a great place for large dinner groups. They will put together for you a smaller menu of your liking designed for your budget. I have never been to a more accommodating restaurant. I have been there twice with large groups, Ask for the table upfront it has a great vibe!
