Riverside Chowhounds.... what's your fave?

Ghram's BBQ?.. yeah its a classic. You know I used to love this place, but within the last year the quality of service has really gone downhill :( I think cuz they're so busy now

Riverside Chowhounds.... what's your fave?

So its pretty sad that there isn't alot of true "fine" dining in Riverside, but there are alot of new restaurants downtown and a couple of staples. I was wondering what everyone's faves were?

I just ate at the new "Crescent Jewel" in downtown and it was pretty good. Not a really high-end place but I was suprised at the quality of flavors in the food. But then I love modern southern-style cooking :)

So I was wondering what other little jems are in hiding in the city...

Loved your review! August is jsut amazing. However I have to disagree with you on the Napoleon. For me, the salted ice cream was what balanced the dish and kept the dish from being to sweet. But I am most def a salt person so I'm a little biased :)
