Wanted: Lively place for 21st Birthday Dinner in DC
I will be turning 21 on December 5 and I am looking for a fun, lively, moderately priced ($10-$20 per entree) restaurant to celebrate with about 10-15 people. I live in Foggy Bottom and none of us owns a car so ideally the restarant would be easily accessible by the metro and short walking distance. I was wondering if there was anything in the areas of Chinatown, Dupont, U Street....etc.
