Has anyone figured out a good way to store this bread? I love this bread but haven't figured out a good way to store it after cutting into it. I've tried the brown paper bag, paper towl, bread bag etc. The only solution I have figured out so far is to eat as much as possible after it comes out of the oven. |

That Tom guy got his own FN show Tom Fazekas (i think) the runner up to Aarti now has his own show on FN. I think its called Outrageous Food, not positive. Crazy I said Aarti would win and Tom would get a show as well way back in the day. Didn't see it happening this fast. I think he'll be much more involved than Aarti. |

This show is unwatchable due to the host. How could he have tested well with anyone? I am way off on this? He is unbearable to me |

Looking for somewhere for lunch in Concord. Maybe a hidden gem. Dont need anything fancy just something really good, was thinking of Dos Amigos Burritos, but I would like to hear other options TIA |

Hard to imagine any scenario where Aarti doesnt win. Pulling for Tom to get a show eventually though |

Next Food Network Star July 11 - Spoilers It all comes off as a severe lack of self esteem/confidence to me. She actually seems like a pretty sweet girl, who can really cook, but is very unsure of herself. Unlike Aarti, who is very upfront about her lack of confidence to a point where it is obnoxious. Brianna is very defensive about it and tries to give off this "diva" "bitchy" vibe, but imho that really is not her it is just a defense mechanism. I could be way off, but that is just my read on it. |

Next Food Network Star July 11 - Spoilers in the beginning i said aarti was the hands down favorite and tom had the most room to grow. i still think aarti will win out, she has her ethnicity and her type of food working for her big time. food network doesn't have an Indian personality or anyone that focuses on Indian food. her confidence issue is the only reason i could see tom stealing it away from her, I expect him to find a way onto the network even if he get's second to her. |

Top Chef - D.C. - Ep. #4 - 07/07/10 (Spoilers) The woman threw their team under the bus with her comments at the juding table (or whatever its called). I would be super pissed if I was Arnold, best part was the lady saying it was my fault for not taking control of the final meal. I'm happy though Kenny getting sent home would have been wrong. |

Top Chef - D.C. - Ep. #2 - 06/23/10 (Spoilers) While some of the interviews are probably done during the shooting of the episode, the majority of them are done after. Its not hard to remind people what had happened, when the film has been edited down and they can watch it to refresh their memory. This is reality tv people. While I am not positive, but I would guess that most of the interviews take place after the episodes have been cut and edited. This way the producers can ask certain questions to get answers they feel make good tv. Then the interviews are placed into the time that needs to be filled/has been left for them. This is common practice amongst reality shows. Dunno who Stefan was, but you could tell the younger brother had won by like the 5th episode last season. |

Top Chef - D.C. - Ep. #2 - 06/23/10 (Spoilers) The interviews are all done after the show and you can sometimes get a feel for who won based on their behavior/tone in the interviews. i obviously don't have inside information on whether he won or not, I just think based on his behavior in the interviews he won, its something I learned from watch Road Rules/Real World challenge. |
