Looking for mobile vendor
I am heading a Jewish Food and Cultural Festival in a medium sized southern city in Spring 2010. The festival draws thousands of people from the general community. It has been suggested that instead of the community preparing all the foods from scratch as they have done in the past, that I search for quality vendors who might be interested in setting up for the event and selling their food. I am therefore beginning a search for someone set up for mobile fairs who can travel to a site and sell their prepared food products, then pack up and leave. If anyone has any leads on this I would be grateful to hear back. Thanks
