How to eat with food allergies
Hi everyone, after suffering with eczema, fatigue, and a host of other issues, I was tested for allergies. I received some very significant positives on peanuts, soy, and corn. On top of this I tested for mild positives on milk and wheat. My doctor recommended cutting out all those foods if I wanted to ever feel like myself again. I was told I could try to reintroduce milk and wheat in very small quantities after my system has been cleared of allergens. Can anyone recommend any recipes that are free of soy, corn, nut, wheat, and milk ingredients? I'm kind of at a loss where to even begin looking. Mostly looking for meal recipes, like dinner and lunch. If anyone knows of products that are free of those allergens as well, I would really really appreciate it (it seems like everything has soy and corn in it!). Thanks!
