Taking our mom out for her 70th birthday party....looking for a nice special-occasion place....fancy is good, so long as it's not "stuffy"

Hi,
Looking for a nice, special occasion restaurant in Delco/burbs to celebrate mom's 70th birthday.
Looking for something memorable/festive....fancy is fine, but must be relaxed, not stuffy, with nice selection of entrees, etc.
Places I'm considering so far:
-Ship Inn
-Pace One
-Harry's Savoy
-Gables at Chadds Ford
-Brandywine Prime
-General Warren Inn
Any preferences among these, and/or recommendation for other places?
Want Mom to have a good time with great food and experience... :)
