Has anyone had these buns from commisso bakery on kincort drive in toronto ? I absolutely love them and want the recipe. The right texture, fluffy-ness! And how do they get those grooves on the top of the bun ? see (attached photo)

wusthof 10" classic sharpness vs MAC 10"
Hi,
I have both these knives and always sharpen by hand using my whetstone.
My Wusthof 10" classic is never even close to the sharpness of the MAC.
Why is that ?
I prefer the feel, the glide, and the smoothness of my Wusthof but wish it was sharp like the MAC ?
Any ideas ? Is it just the metal difference ?

Spaghetti noodle thickness
what is the slightly thicker variation to spaghetti ? I find when I buy the box from the grocery store (and yes its not spaghettini) its spaghetti, but the noodles itself are never thick like the spaghetti i get from my italian restaurant I frequent. Any one know what kind of pasta I should be buying ?

where to buy small chicken breasts similar to KFC ones ?
I'm frying my own chicken this weekend and wanted to know where I could find smaller chicken pieces (breasts and wings with bone in and skin in) similar to the size used at KFC. Any butcher in T.O. ?
I ask because the normal supermarkets (longo's, metro, loblaw) appear to only carry larger sized breasts bone in skin in.
