Best at a restaurant: Valentino in 1996 in Los Angeles (the Italian "extravaganza," which was a series of courses made from appetizer portions of all the day's specials). Awesome. For dining at home: it's always about the people and the mood. Wouldn't know where to start thinking about those occasions...
