Hello -

I'm planning a wedding in Montreal and am looking for catering suggestions. I'll need to cater both a Friday night dinner as well as a shabbat lunch, both for around 70 people.

Any suggestions for higher end catering (and any knowledge on price per person)?

Hard sugar flowers for Birthday Cake

Anyone know of a kosher bakery in the New York City area (Brooklyn / Teaneck areas okay) that make cakes with those hard, sugary pink and blue roses that everyone used to have on their bar mitzvah and birthday cakes?

I've been calling everywhere, but the places I called only make icing flowers or the ridiculously fancy flowers that Chantilly makes.
