Best formal/semi-formal restaurant in Mercer county?

We ended up at Agricola. The service and ambience were terrific. The place was PACKED! Goat cheese/potato terrine was incredible. Octopus was warm, succulent, and perfectly cooked.Cod fritters appetizer was a bit too salty. I had the Wild Mushroom stew which was delicious and delicate. The sun chokes in the dish, intended to add earthiness, were (to me) too large--was almost like eating a huge chunk of a raw potato. My friends got the Eden's Park Chops which were amazing. Brussels sprouts were delicious. Great, knowledgeable service. Would recommend. It's nice to see something this fresh and new in Town.

Best formal/semi-formal restaurant in Mercer county?

I made reservations at both Rats and Agricola Eatery. Has anyone eaten at Agricola yet? I have been to Rats (and do love their brunch @cwdonald). Which do you think is better for a group in their early 30s for food/ambience? Thanks!

Best formal/semi-formal restaurant in Mercer county?

Looking to plan a special occasion dinner for myself and 2 girlfriends. We are in our early 30s, looking for delicious food, modern atmosphere. Nice wine list and/or cocktail menu a plus. We are all based in Manhattan but will be in Princeton for biz. Price not an option. TIA!

Driving from Northern Nj to Brookline, Ma. Dinner on the way?

We also stopped at Lucky Lous. Delicious chicken, asparagus, and leek pot pie. Charming setting. Thanks for the recommendation!

Quebec City: Must-visits for first timers

Hello Chowhounds! My husband, 19 month old daughter and French MIL and her husband will be in Quebec City around the NYE holiday and were hoping for must-visit recommendations from the group. Anything super-authentic, memorable setting. Touristy-but-delicious. Looking for traditional Quebecois cuisine recommendations. Thanks!

Saint John USVI where to eat with toddler?

my husband and 18 month old daughter are staying at Caneel Bay and are looking for dinner or lunch/brunch recommendations where toddlers are welcome. Obviously, amazing food is paramount. Would be nice to have a view and try local cuisine. Thank you!

New to Harrisburg

My gosh--we had dinner at Harvest last night and while the service couldn't be nicer, the food was horrible. The stuffed mushrooms first came out ice cold and then completely bland. My husbands filet was just terrible. Was bummed--was looking forward to their 'farm to table' concept.

Best place for dinner near Hershey, PA

Because of Huricane Sandy, we postponed our trip to the Carribean this week and instead are at the Hotel Hershey (beautiful) for a few days. We haven't had great luck with our meals. Can you recommend the best place to grab dinner within 20 miles for myself and our 18 month old? Just looking for delicious food here--cuisine, budget not an issue. Thanks!

Best pizza in the North Fork?

We are, thanks! We've been to Elbow just for lunch, but will check out for dinner.
As an aside, we were at Alure last night and was pleasantly surprised with the quality/service.

Best pizza in the North Fork?

Thanks! I was reading about Grana on these boards so am looking forward to trying it and appreciate your endorsement!

Best pizza in the North Fork?

Currently in Aquebogue and curious what's the best place to get delicious pizza out here. Possible? Thoughts?

DC baby-friendly favorite restaurants?

This is amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. I was actually going to write "No Chuck Cheese Please" in my post =) Thanks so much for your help!!

DC baby-friendly favorite restaurants?

I'll be in DC for a biz trip, staying at Tyson's but will have a car and will travel. My husband and 9 month old will be joining me. We are looking for delicious finds throughout DC (farm-to-table/local-movement, innovative, interesting young chefs at the helm) that you think would be baby friendly. In this case you've either brought your baby with you or you've seen babies at the restaurant =) Price point doesn't matter. A restaurant in an interesting/safe area where we could walk around after/before would be a plus. Thanks for your help!

Baby friendly recommendations- SoBe/Miami design district

haha--yes, exactly. the walk off =) these are great.

Baby friendly recommendations- SoBe/Miami design district

My husband and I will be in Miami next weekend and are looking for delicious, baby-friendly restaurants for ourself and our 5 month old. Maybe a lovely lunch spot or place that's great for an early dinner. We are staying at the Mandarin Oriental but will have a car. Cuban, seafood, farm-to-table preferred. Thank you.

One perfect dinner in Ft. Lauderdale

My husband and I ate at Market 17 on our recent trip to FLL and it was amazing. The food was delicious--from the appetizers to dessert. Would highly recommend. Fresh ingredients, great service, delicious food.

New Years in Fort Lauderdale- Where do you recommend?

Hi All, my husband and I are staying for 4 nights at the Atlantic Hotel and are looking for some great restaurant recommendations in the FLL area, especially for New Year's Eve. We are a young couple from NYC who work in the fashion industry and loooove good food, especially farm-to-table, home-cooked styles. We love every cuisine, so would appreciate your suggestions: new and noteworthy? landmark must-visits? romantic suggestions? thanks!

Hungry for: Lake Maggiore + Sestri Levante

Romantic trip with husband planned next week for Lake Maggiore (Verbania) and Sestri Levanti (3 nights in each). We'll have a car and will travel for an amazing meal. 1st phase of eating around the Lake Maggiore region and 2nd phase in the S Levanti/Portofino/Cinque Terre region...Would so appreciate your insights into a memorable restaurant experience in these 2 regions. Romance/amazing view a plus, but not a necessity. Again, will drive for amazing meals! Lunches, dinners, whatever you suggest--Chowhoundians have never let me down. Thanks!

Parma Hotel + Itinerary HELP!

Thank you so much Jen! I was looking into Agritourismo Leoni as well =) I might look into staying a little closer to the city center like you suggested, since we're only going to be in town for 1 night. I do love AL's working farm concept which would be amazing too. Will let you know how we make out. Thanks again!

Hi All, Having some problems because most of these restaurants you so thoughtfully recommended will be closed the week between Xmas-NY. If you do know of any others that you love that are open, please pass those along!
