Raouls in Soho?
I am flying up to NYC next week for a concert and birthday dinner from New Orleans. We're staying at the Bowery and I was given Raoul's as a good spot to celebrate her birthday and drinks at the cub room. I didn't see alot of info on the board for Raoul's but my indications is this is a good recommendation. Any feedback on it or options in the area are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
