While Paxia does offer some of the same dishes you would find in other Mexican restaurants, the quality of the ingredients used in their entrees is what makes this place truly special. On top of that, they offer creative dishes that you will never find anywhere else even if you search far and wide. Can anyone name another place that serves tiger shrimp wrapped in bacon accompanied by tequila-marinated mushrooms?
