Dutchess County restaurant for private party
Although I grew up in Dutchess County I haven't lived there in years. I am looking to have a surprise birthday party for my mom and am looking for recommendations for good restaurants. There will be about 40 people and we don't want to break the bank. I was trying to go with a farm to table but any suggestions are welcome!
